Need Running Shorts That Dont Chafe? I Found Some!

I thought it was just a normal occurrence, that when you go for a 2 hour+ run everyone gets chafing from their clothes. That’s what’s been happening for a while and I just use the good old Body Glide or anti-chafing cream before training.

But ahha! I’ve had some Icebreaker shorts for a month now and they are great. I didn’t think anything of them as I’ve been running only in those shorts for the month. Yesterday the trusty Icebreaker shorts were in the wash so I had to go back to my Adidas running shorts and I got chafing! Now I believe that the merino of the Icebreaker must be pretty awesome and I don’t want to use my Adidas shorts anymore.

I’ll definitely be buying these rather than the usual Nike, Adidas type shorts next time. It’s funny how merino works, I’m not sure at all how it is so good in both hot and cold weather and manages to not chafe. It’s a natural wonder :)

This is the other style of running shorts Icebreaker make. A little shorter but look pretty cool.

My Icebreaker shorts - not me modelling though :)
